You can add/edit your bleed dates by navigating to the Calendar tab and tapping the “Edit” button in the top right corner.
Yes, you can personalise Moody Month specifically for you. If you don’t experience a bleed, have a pre-existing hormone condition or use a contraceptive, just select the options that are right for you in your Vitals section to begin tracking your moods and symptoms.
If you have a regular cycle, simply set your typical cycle length in the "My Body" section of your account details. If your cycle is irregular, select “I have irregular periods” and add your average cycle length. Each month, you can edit your bleed dates directly in the Calendar.
Go to the Calendar tab and select a day in the past, it will open up your Daily Log Summary for that day (it will be empty if you forgot to log that day).
Simply tap the button at the bottom of the screen and open up the Log screen to save a log or journal for that day.
You’ll also find everything recorded in your Logs report, also accessible from the Calendar tab (see 'Logs' at the top).
For users who want to better capture what they are experiencing, or log specific symptoms in exactly the way that they want to, we encourage them to create custom log categories.
You can create a custom log category by clicking 'CUSTOMISE YOUR LIST' in the Log tab and typing the label that you want to use for your log in the search bar.
When you add the new log, you will be asked whether you'd like to use a slider or a checkbox for recording that log.
