Yes, you can personalise Moody Month specifically for you. If you don’t experience a bleed, have a pre-existing hormone condition or use a contraceptive, just select the options that are right for you in your Vitals section to begin tracking your moods and symptoms.
If you have a regular cycle, simply set your usual cycle length in your Vitals section. If your cycle is irregular, select “I have irregular periods” and add your average cycle length. Each month, you can edit your bleed dates in the Calendar.
If your existing app is able to sync up with the Apple Health app, you’ll be able to transfer the relevant information to Moody Month. Just sync Moody Month with the Apple Health app too.
