How we source and review

Every article names its author.

Anything about hormones, symptoms or health is reviewed by someone with clinical or scientific credentials before it publishes, and the review date is on the page.

We cite primary research, the original paper rather than a news write-up of it.

We don’t publish a claim we can’t source.

When the evidence is thin or contested, we say so rather than picking the tidier answer.

We don’t take payment for editorial coverage, and we don’t earn commission on anything we mention.
